You will find the current net and gross rent for each apartment on the Bad Soden project page. We are also happy to tell you the terms on request. Utility costs are charged as a monthly advance payment and settled annually.
Current availability is shown on the Bad Soden project page. Simply enter your preferred move-in date in the self-disclosure form — we will then arrange the exact handover date with you.
Choose your preferred apartment on the contact page and book a slot directly. Viewings are available Monday to Saturday and take about 30 minutes. You will then receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
Usually: ID or passport, proof of income for the last three months, a SCHUFA credit report (no older than three months) and the completed self-disclosure form. A confirmation of no rent arrears and, if available, a guarantee are also helpful. You can complete the self-disclosure online in the contact form.

The apartments are located in Bad Soden am Taunus (65812), a spa town in the Main-Taunus district. The S3 suburban line gives you a direct connection to Frankfurt am Main. The spa park, shops and schools are all close by.
Nine apartments in total across the Friedrich, Johann and Wilhelm buildings — including three penthouses (Friedrich 3, Johann 3 and Wilhelm 3). Floor plans and fittings for each unit are on the Bad Soden project page.

Yes. The property has an underground garage with parking spaces and EV charging infrastructure. Each apartment also has its own storage room. Number of spaces per apartment to be confirmed
The buildings are built to Efficiency House 40 standard and feature underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery — for low running costs and a pleasant indoor climate.
Small pets are generally allowed; dogs and cats by arrangement. The apartments are non-smoking; smoking on the balcony or terrace is possible. Policy to be confirmed
Letting is handled directly by Prime Consilium — there is no broker fee for prospective tenants. The deposit is at most three months' net rent (the statutory maximum under § 551 of the German Civil Code); the exact amount is stated in your rental offer.
