You will find the current net and gross rents for each apartment on the Bad Soden and Hofheim project pages. We are also happy to tell you the terms on request. Utility costs are charged as a monthly advance payment and settled annually.
The anticipated move-in date is 1 November 2026. Current availability is shown on the Bad Soden and Hofheim project pages. Simply enter your rental preference in the self-disclosure form.
On the contact page, select your preferred apartment and submit your request via the contact form. We will then personally arrange an individual viewing appointment with you.
You will need proof of income for the last three months, a credit report (e.g. from SCHUFA Holding AG) and the completed self-disclosure form. For identity verification, a valid ID card or passport must be presented, as well as proof of a valid residence permit (if required). The rental security is paid as a cash deposit; a bank guarantee or deposit insurance requires prior agreement with the landlord. You can conveniently complete the self-disclosure form online in the contact form.
First, select your preferred apartment and send us your request including the self-disclosure. After reviewing your application, we will ask you for the required documents. We will then personally arrange an individual viewing appointment with you.
The apartments are located in Bad Soden am Taunus (65812) and in Hofheim am Taunus (65719), both in the Main-Taunus district. Bad Soden connects directly to Frankfurt am Main via the S3 suburban line, Hofheim via the S2. In both locations, shops, restaurants and schools are all close by.
In Bad Soden, a total of nine apartments are spread across three buildings, each with a penthouse on the top floor (F3, J3, W3). The new development in Hofheim comprises five apartments, likewise with a penthouse (P5). The apartments are let unfurnished.

Yes. The property has an underground garage with car parking spaces and EV charging infrastructure. Each apartment also has its own storage room.
The buildings are built to Efficiency House 40 standard and feature underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery — for low running costs and a pleasant indoor climate.
Small pets are generally allowed; dogs and cats by arrangement. To help preserve the property, we kindly ask that you do not smoke indoors. The balcony and terrace are available for that.
For prospective tenants, there is no broker fee, as letting is handled directly by Prime Consilium. The deposit is three months' net rent (the statutory maximum under § 551 of the German Civil Code) and is generally paid as a cash deposit. A bank guarantee or deposit insurance requires prior agreement with the landlord. The exact deposit amount can be found in your rental offer.
